Thanks to the support from various sources, including Seneca Resources, the Clark Family Christmas Tree farm, and generous private and family donations, this scholarship not only honors Major Thomas E. Clark’s memory but also invests in the future of a promising young individual, ensuring that his spirit of dedication and resilience continues to inspire generations to come.

    • One letter of recommendation from a CCHS teacher.
    • One letter of recommendation from CCHS school administrator or community leader (church, service club, boy/girl scouts).
    • Recent transcript from the Guidance Office.
    • Remarks: A statement of approximately 50 words outlining why you have selected this area/subject as your field of study.
